Well 232 Drilling and Testing Under these Specifications the Contractor shall perform all work required to provide the District with one (1) fully developed and tested desalter supply water well in accordance with these specifications and the contract drawings. The work includes the following: installation of noise control barrier walls and other measures as needed to comply with noise suppression requirements; notification of regulatory agencies prior to installation on any seals; management and disposal of all project related fluids, muds, drill cuttings, and excess project related materials and debris; installation of conductor casing and sanitary seal; pilot borehole drilling; downhole geophysical logs; isolated aquifer zone testing (District option); final borehole reaming; caliper log; installation of well casing, screen, tubing, filter pack and annular seals; well development by airlift swabbing and chemical methods (District option); well alignment surveys, well development by surge pumping; final pumping tests, resetting of test pump (District option) and flow meter survey (spinner log); downhole well video; final well chlorination and capping; and site cleanup.
