Remove existing roof system down to wood substrate, inspect decking for damage. Replace any unusable decking with same like & kind, contractor to include five (5) sheets of 32 sq. ft. plywood decking in base bid. 4. Install 1/2" DensDeck Prime directly to the deck (field) and secure to deck with 3" galvanized plates and screws per ASCE 7 wind uplift requirements with a 11-17-22 pattern. 5. Install SA Primer at 1/2 gallon a square over installed DensDeck. 6. Install one layer of SA Base IV self-adhering sheet over entire field of surface directly to the DensDeck Prime. Use heavy roller for application. 7. Install Pro-Stop FR Primer to any exposed nailers after installation of SA Base IV to prevent fire or smoldering. 8. Install new edge metal around entire perimeter per ES-1 requirements. 9. Install new seamless gutter and downspout system to replace the old system. Color to be chosen from Standard Color Chart. 10. Install a layer of torch applied HPR Torch base smooth sheet in all drains, base flashings, edge metal, transitions, and as a target sheet on all penetrations. 11. Install one layer of torch applied Stressply IV Plus UV Mineral over the entire field of field of roof. (White Title 24 Cap Sheet) 12. All non-round penetrations to have a liquid flashing installed. 13. Clean up daily.
