**As of January 9, 2026 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on January 27, 2026.** Community Day School Modernization Upgrades for (1) Classroom Building Bids for this single prime project will be received for the following base bid item, interior building selective demolition/abatement and removal. The contract time shall be 45 calendar days from the notice of award anticipated by january 27th, 2026. Contractor should consult the agreement form regarding any milestones and liquidated damages. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond, cashier's check,or certified check for at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid and made payable to the Owner, as detailed in the Contract Documents, as well as the following documents: Bid Form, Bid Bond Security, List of Designated Subcontractors, Sufficient Funds Declaration, Non Collusion Declaration, and Iran Contracting Act Certification as outlined in the "Instruction to Bidders". Pursuant to the Contract Documents, the successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Labor and Material) Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, anda Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred (100%) of the Contract Sum.
