The McSwain Union Elementary School District plans to apply for various eligible services for E-Rate Year 2026 and is accepting bid proposals from qualified vendors for data communications services. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any items therein, to waive any irregularities or informalities, and to contract in its best interests. Bid documents must be received by the specified deadline in a sealed envelope, identified by the designated bid identifier, and addressed to the Superintendent at the District office. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure timely delivery of bids. All public works projects are subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations, and all contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations as required by law.
