“The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors.” Scope of work This procurement process involves a two-stage selection review. The first stage of the competitive procurement process involves a review of qualifications of prospective Proposers to pre-qualify a group of Proposers which are more qualified than the others Any questions or clarifications concerning the Response specifications must be received by Roseann Prado, C.M.C., Village Clerk, no later than Wednesday, December 10, 2025 are to be submitted either in writing directly to Roseann Prado, Village Clerk, at the following address: 9080 Bay Drive, Indian Creek, Florida 33154, or via email to: rprado@indiancreekvillagefl.gov . The Village reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, reject any or all submissions, with or without cause, to waive technical errors and informalities, and to accept any response from a Respondent which is qualified and best serves the interests of or represents the best value to the Village. The project budget is approximately $5 Million, and it is expected to commence in June 2026. To provide public sewer to all properties on the island, the following scope of work will be required: 1. Furnish and Install one (1) Sewer master pump station including the following: a. Mechanical equipment including submersible sewer pumps, flow meter, valve vault b. Electrical equipment including panels and Variable Frequency Drives. c. Elevated platform with steps and railings for electrical equipment d. A backup generator. e. Site work including architectural screening, landscaping, lighting, and roadway restoration. f. Watermain relocation 2. Furnish and Install 4" forcemain within Indian Creek Village limits. Installation requirements vary by segment and include open cut, direction drill, and attachment to the existing bridge. 3. Furnish and Install 4" forcemain within Surfside city limits up to Collins Avenue via open-cut and HDD method
