The project budget is approximately $5 Million, and it is expected to commence in June 2026. To provide public sewer to all properties on the island, the following scope of work will be required: 1. Furnish and Install one (1) Sewer master pump station including the following: a. Mechanical equipment including submersible sewer pumps, flow meter, valve vault b. Electrical equipment including panels and Variable Frequency Drives. c. Elevated platform with steps and railings for electrical equipment d. A backup generator. e. Site work including architectural screening, landscaping, lighting, and roadway restoration. f. Watermain relocation 2. Furnish and Install 4" forcemain within Indian Creek Village limits. Installation requirements vary by segment and include open cut, direction drill, and attachment to the existing bridge. 3. Furnish and Install 4" forcemain within Surfside city limits up to Collins Avenue via open-cut and HDD method
