A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Contractor shall do all work and furnish all tools, materials, and equipment for the improvement of the Totem Pole Road Improvements Phase I and includes temporary erosion and sediment control, clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation, embankment compaction, crushed surfacing, permanent stormwater system and outfall, stormwater treatment, retaining wall, concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk, illumination, rectangular rapid flash beacons, property restoration and other work, all in accordance with the attached contract plans, these contract provisions, and the standard specifications, and addenda thereto. This Contract provides for the improvement of CRP 650 Totem Pole Road Improvements and includes temporary erosion and sediment control, clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation, embankment compaction, crushed surfacing, HMA, permanent stormwater system and outfall, stormwater treatment, retaining wall, concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk, curb ramps, illumination, rectangular rapid flash beacons, property restoration, and other Work. Estimated range cost: 3,000,000 - 3,300,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
