Scope of Work Planter Area Maintenance: - Maintain all planted areas in a weed-free state. Conduct weeding once a month or when weed content exceeds 5% of the garden area. - Remove litter and debris during maintenance visits to keep a neat appearance. - Spot treat emergent weeds with herbicide or remove them manually. - Treat all planter areas for weeds at each site visit. - Ensure weeds do not detract from the garden area and that planter areas are weed-free after each attendance. - Exercise care in high-density planting areas using spray hoods or similar methods to prevent damage to non-target species. Large weeds should be removed by hand or using hand tools, avoiding harm to non-target species. - Treat all natural areas and walking paths around the building with pre-emergence and post-emergence methods to control weeds. Remove weeds over 2 inches tall by hand and dispose of them properly. The proposed contract will be for a 12- month term
