Transformer Monitoring Unit (TMU) including modules for Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) monitoring of 9 gases and moisture using photo-acoustic spectroscopy (PAS) technology, bushing monitoring for six bushings with custom-fitted adaptors measuring capacitance, tan-delta, and partial discharge, and detection of high-energy events/arcing. Includes power supply, modified digital input module for Rugged R501, standard input/output modules, and a range of sensors/devices such as bushing adaptors with armored twin-axial signal cables, load current sensor, magnet mount PT100 sensors for oil monitoring, and ambient temperature and humidity sensor. Software provided includes TOTUSPRO Web and Desktop, analytics package with thermal and moisture calculations, detailed diagnostics, and analytics, with capability to distinguish between partial discharge and arcing. Network/communications interfaces include fiber converter kit, Modbus TCP, DNP3, RS232/RS485, 4G modem, GSM antenna, GPS, and Ethernet/LAN. Accessories include IP65 cabinet for outdoor use, mounting hardware, flexible tubing and hoses, installation kits, and manual sampling kit. Warranty is for five years for all Rugged components and modules. Commissioning service for up to three days, including mobilization and field supervision, architecture design, and 3rd party integration, is included. Bidders must submit required forms electronically via the ERSP system, enter prices and answer requested information in the bid, and the unit price prevails in case of discrepancy between unit price and extension.
