The scope of work includes providing preventive maintenance services for roof gutters to ensure proper functionality and prevent water damage. The contractor shall inspect, clean, and remove debris from all roof gutters and downspouts, ensuring that water flows freely without obstruction. Any minor repairs necessary to maintain operational integrity, such as securing loose components or sealing small leaks, must be performed during the maintenance process. The contractor is responsible for identifying and reporting any major deficiencies that require additional corrective action beyond the preventive maintenance scope. All work must comply with applicable safety standards and regulations, and the contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials required to complete the services.
