The project is for the procurement and start-up of an electric hot water boiler at 1212 Palmetto St, Los Angeles. The scope includes: 1. Supply of one Bryan BH Series electric hot water boiler (ASME rated, indoor installation, 75kW input, various core features specified, and one-year warranty after installation, start-up, and commissioning). Installation will be performed by LADWP. 2. Start-up and commissioning of the Bryan BH Series electric hot water boiler by technicians trained and/or authorized by the manufacturer. 3. Supply of a Wilo IPL Series close couple inline pump (specified model, 1.5HP, 1750RPM, TEFC motor, electrical and fitting details provided). 4. Supply of a Flamco Nextank series bladder type expansion tank (ASME construction, 125PSI, 10 gallon capacity). 5. Supply of an Elbi dome bottom chemical pot feeder (2 gallon tank capacity). Instructions to bidders: - All bids must be submitted electronically through the eRSP system, with forms located on the 'Vendor Checklist' page. Bidders must create a bid response and download necessary forms before the bid closing date and time. - Bidders must fill in unit prices and extensions for line items and answer all requested information after the bid line items. In case of a discrepancy between unit price and extension, the unit price prevails. - Only responses submitted through eRSP will be accepted. - All questions must be submitted using the eRSP "Q & A" section, and further technical assistance can be acquired via the provided help desk.
