Description

Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Watsonville, California. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.

The work involves research, boundary surveys, office calculations, boundary resolution, property corner monumentation, restoration of lost or obliterated section and/or quarter corners, development of updated base mapping, and establishment of new survey control for construction. The survey is to resolve the four adjacent property boundaries and define the Ellis Road right of way, providing sufficient detail for plats and legal descriptions used in right of way acquisition for the four adjacent properties. Boundary work must be documented in a record of survey map to be filed with the County Recorder. Consultants preparing a proposal should elaborate on these tasks and their interrelationship within their proposal.
