The Washoe County Commission will receive sealed bids/proposals from qualified firms to furnish the goods and/or services identified in the specifications document. Washoe County is accepting proposals for the operation of the Safe Camp Shelter and the Resource Center Day Use Center (including street outreach). The selected operator or operators (hereafter Operator) will be responsible for providing services for adults experiencing homelessness through the Safe Camp and Resource Center programs that include housing-focused environments that promote engagement in housing stability planning and wrap-around services including case management, job and housing placement and assistance with applications for public assistance as applicable. Note: All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Washoe County Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
