During this active solicitation there shall be no personal contact with any WCSD employees or other parties associated with this project directly. All inquiries shall be done in writing as stated above. Low $416,700.00 High $509,300.00 Improvements to the HeadStart area shall include but not be limited to: site preparation and grading; concrete work; assembly and anchoring of the play structure in accordance with manufacturer's specifications; installation of shade structures, including all required footings and supports; and construction of a sandbox with appropriate drainage and containment as drawn and specified. Improvements to the additional play area are the removal and disposal of play equipment and footings, including the removal of the soft fall material, playground mat, and existing borders. Installation of new play equipment and reconstruction of the play structure area as drawn and specified. Contractors desiring to bid on this work shall be contractors presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid Contractor's License for the duration of the construction project. Any and all Subcontractors utilized by the Contractor must also be presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and maintain a valid license for the duration of the construction project. All licensing requirements specified in Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter 624 shall be strictly adhered to. Contractors must carry and provide evidence of required insurance liability coverage as specified in the Liability Insurance Specifications, as identified in Section 00800 - Supplementary General Conditions. Interested parties may not contact anyone other than the Solicitation Facilitator regarding this solicitation. Any interested bidder contacting any other individual, including WCSD staff, officials, evaluation committee members, or Board of Trustees, may have their bid submission rejected from evaluation and award consideration. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
