The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is seeking information from contractors capable of providing Emergency Power Supply Systems services for the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS). Services include generator, automatic transfer switch (ATS), and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) testing, inspections, and battery replacement in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Contractors must demonstrate experience in performing these services and provide examples of similar projects for both government and commercial clients. The requirement also includes compliance with FAR limitations on subcontracting, ensuring that at least 50% of the cost of contract performance for personnel is expended by the prime contractor's employees. Contractors should indicate which services will be performed by their own personnel and which will be subcontracted, along with estimated percentages for subcontracted work.
