Description

Emergency Power Supply System services are required in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, including all tasks, labor, and support necessary to maintain and service the system as specified. All questions must be submitted no later than five days before the RFQ close date of February 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. PST. Offerors shall follow the submission instructions contained in the addendum to FAR 52.212-1 and 52.212-2; failure to comply may result in an unfavorable evaluation or exclusion from award consideration. This requirement is a 100 percent Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. Offerors must be registered and verified as SDVOSBs in the SBA certification database at the time quotes are due and at award. Certification required under VAAR 852.219-75 must be completed and included with the quote or the offeror will be deemed ineligible for award.
