Site work for a development in Superior, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a development.
The City of Superior, Wisconsin is requesting qualifications from firms for developing a concept design for improvements along a 22.5 acre waterfront parcel with 7,550 feet of shoreline on the St. Louis River and Allouez Bay. The project goals are to protect shoreline resources, enhance access and support the removal of Beneficial Use Impairments, such as Loss of Fish and Wildlife Habitat and Degraded Aesthetics. This phase of the project is funded by a grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). All federal guidelines must be followed. This solicitation is a Qualification-Based Selection in accordance with the Brooks Act. No fees or proposed costs shall be submitted. All prospective bidders/respondents are hereby notified to contact only members of the City of Superior Staff as identified within the bidding documents. The City of Superior reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive irregularities, or to accept such bids/proposals, as in the opinion of the City, will be in its best interests. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, Minority-Owned, and Woman-Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The City of Superior is an equal opportunity employer.
