Site work for a water / sewer project in Peru, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Peru Utilities is requesting proposals for the boring of approximately 3,100 feet of 2 inch PVC roll pipe at Arrowhead Estates in Peru, Indiana. Two separate quotes are required: the first for one run between enclosures and the second for two runs of conduit to existing and future enclosures. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, manpower, and conduit necessary for the installation. Bidders must submit their quote with a Form 96 including a Non-Collusion affidavit, a certified check for 10% of the quote, contractor safety information, and a Certificate of Insurance showing the required coverages and listing Peru Utilities as additionally insured.
