Work to be performed includes furnishing all labor, services, insurance, meeting safety requirements, backfill, asphalt, grout, concrete, flowable fill, equipment, public notification, and traffic control to install sanitary sewers and manholes in a public residential street, and conduct mandrel testing on the finished lines. The work will consist of installing an estimated 380 linear feet of 8-inch SDR-35 sewer pipe, installing one new manhole structure, and coring into an existing manhole. Certain materials for the project will be supplied by the utility and delivered to the jobsite within two working days of request by the contractor. Bids must be submitted on Form 96 as prescribed by the Indiana State Board of Accounts, complete with a non-collusion affidavit, and must include a bid bond or certified check of not less than ten percent (10%) of the highest aggregate proposal as evidence of intent to enter into a contract upon notification. Work must be completed by June 26th, 2026.
