**As of February 4, 2026, this project has been awarded.** Work to be performed shall include furnishing all labor, services, materials, insurance, equipment, meeting safety requirements, installing liners in existing sanitary and combined sewers by trenchless methods using cured-in-placed pipe, determining sewer flows and bypass pumping required, heavy cleaning of the sewer, disposal of debris from heavy cleaning, diverting sewer flow, pre-insertion internal CCTV inspection, spot repairs as required, public notification, installing the liner, reinstating internal laterals/service connections, post-insertion CCTV inspection, and traffic control. The areas are in the city streets through residential and business areas. Only cured-in-place pipe method will be considered for the lining system. The work will also include protection and restoration of all pavements, lawns, or other facilities disturbed by the work, and other appurtenant work, all more particularly described in the materials and installation specifications. These lines have not been cleaned or televised prior to the bidding process. All potential bidders must visit and physically review the site prior to submitting a bid. The work will consist of lining an estimated 2307 lineal feet of twenty-inch diameter vitrified clay pipe. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope on Form 96 as prescribed by the Indiana State Board of Accounts, with non-collusion affidavit completed, and must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid.
