Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Bonifay, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

Grant funds will be used for water system and park improvements. Engineering services will include preliminary engineering, design, elevation surveys (and boundary surveys, if needed), Geotech services, and related additional engineering services, construction inspection, and construction contract administration. Each response will be considered on an equal competitive basis using the following criteria: successful engineering experience, proposed approach, engineering experience with rural communities, qualifications of project staffing, and ability to stay within the project budget. Responses should include a current certificate of insurance for professional liability, documentation of engineering registration and/or license, and must be submitted in one original and five copies in sealed proposals. The engineering services contract will be subject to grant award and release of funds by the funding agency. Persons or affiliates placed on the convicted vendor list for a public entity crime may not submit a proposal. MBE/WBE firms are encouraged to respond.
