Description

Site work for a transportation facility in Bonifay, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.

The project consists of providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications, including but not necessarily limited to construction to replace Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) units on both ends of Runway 1-19. Bidders must comply with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise requirements, Buy American requirements, minimum prevailing wage rates by the Department of Labor, Certification Regarding Lobbying, Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion, and Certification Regarding Foreign Trade Restriction. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price is required. All bids shall be prepared in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Failure to comply with any requirement may result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive or a finding that the bidder is not qualified for the project. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked for the PAPI Replacement at Tri-County Airport.
