Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Bedford Hills, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
As of January 7, 2026 project was awarded to two contractors Glenco Supply Corp for $29,702 and SWC LLC for $72,612.67. Sealed bids are requested for furnishing equipment, supplies or materials, or for performing work according to specifications for the fabrication and installation of wayfinding and parking signage. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, labeled with the bid title and the name and address of the bidder, and addressed to the Town Clerk. Contractors obtaining contract documents from the Towns website must notify the Town by email to be placed on the official Plan Holder List and to receive addenda and other bid correspondence.
