Project has been Rebid The work involves the construction of new watermains, appurtenances, water service lines, meter vaults, installation of water meters, and installation of a new water tank aeration system to improve and extend the Town's existing water distribution system. Separate bids will be received for the following contracts: Contract No. 1 - Pipeline Construction, Contract No. 2 - Tank Aeration System, Contract No. 3 - Electrical Construction. Requirements for bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award are detailed in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. This project is subject to Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements; all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used must be produced in the United States, unless a waiver is approved. The Town strongly encourages the participation of M/WBE and Section 3 businesses. The contract budgets are as follows: Contract No. 1 - $7,500,000 Contract No. 2 - $250,000 Contract No. 3 - $100,000 A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project.
