Site work for a water / sewer project in Watertown, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Repair deficiencies in existing manholes to reduce inflow and infiltration in Sewer Districts 4 and 5, install new manholes and sewer line at the City of Watertown WWTF, install new manholes and sewer line for NYS Route 12F sewer improvement. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Any bid may be withdrawn without prejudice prior to the official bid submission time or any publicized postponement thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after opening. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by submitting a request via fax or email to the Issuing Office along with a deposit. Electronic PDF documents are available at no charge. Bidding documents remain the property of the Engineer and must be returned in good condition within thirty days after award of contract or rejection of bids, except for the selected bidder.
