The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing to King + King Architects. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement.
