Renovation of a golf course in Hutchinson, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.
All questions pertaining to the information provided in the bid package for use in developing the bid are to be submitted by e-mail to taylorzimbelman@gmail.com and labeled as QUESTIONS CAREY PARK GOLF COURSE RENOVATION. All questions must be received no later than 5pm on Monday, December 9th,2025. All questions regarding bid package and specifications are to be submitted in writing to the golf course architect via e-mail (taylorzimbelman@gmail.com). Thank you for your interest in Carey Park Golf Course and your desire to provide services for the successful renovation of our golf facility. We are going to re-build hole 15 Green to USGA Specification as defined herein and replace irrigation on Holes 15 and 16. Specifically, the renovation of existing golf course is to include services by contractor related to: 1. Establishment and maintenance of erosion control devices 2. Staking for improvements to be made 3. Building of 2 new greens (4900 and 5171 sf including collars) to USGA Specifications 4. Building of (4) greenside and (2) fairway sand bunkers 5. Topsoil strip, rough grading, feature shaping, and topsoil replacement 6. Finish grading and seeding/sodding of all disturbed areas including haul roads 7. Drainage improvements 8. Irrigation installation and tie-in to existing system
