Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Hutchinson, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The City of Hutchinson ("City") is seeking Proposals ("RFP") to identify venue management companies that have proven experience in providing comprehensive management and full operations of facilities in similar markets to the Memorial Hall. Services shall include, but not be limited to, general management, scheduling, and promotion of events, marketing the venue, ticketing services, food service, and building and equipment maintenance. Accordingly, the City is inviting experienced facility management companies with strong track records in the industry to respond to this RFP. Memorial Hall is an iconic historic building located at 101 S Walnut Street, Hutchinson, Kansas. This initiative aims to transform the Hall into a vibrant, self-sustaining entity that enhances the downtown area culturally and economically. The Hall's strategic location within the Downtown Core South Historic District makes it a valuable community resource and a key feature in the 2024 Downtown Hutch Master Plan.
