Sealed bids are requested for the 2025 Cardinal ES and Delaware Trail ES Central Plant Upgrades. All bid proposals must comply fully with the bid documents available for download from specified plan rooms. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled with the project name, addressed to the Brownsburg Community School Corporation, with the bidder's name and return address. Bids received after the stated deadline will be returned unopened. Bidders are directed to obtain plans and specifications from the online sources listed, noting charges for documents are non-refundable. Attendance at the scheduled Pre-Bid Meeting may be required for a Bid to be considered responsive. All questions or requests for equal status must be submitted in writing to the stated contact. All work for the complete construction of the project shall be performed under the form of contract set forth in the Bidding Documents. Two copies of bid forms shall be submitted on forms provided in the project manual and shall be executed in accordance with the current edition of the Indiana Board of Accounts Form 96 - "Contractor's Bid for Public Works", with a financial statement complying with Section III of Form 96, and a satisfactory Bid Bond or certified check pursuant to I.C. 36-1-12-4.5, payable to the Brownsburg Community School Corporation. Bid Security shall be in the amount of not less than 5% of the total base bid price. Should a successful Bidder withdraw their Bid, fail to provide the required payment and performance bonds, or execute the contract, the Owner may then declare the Bid Security forfeited as liquidated damages.
