Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) requests competitive Sealed Bids for the supply and delivery of Wiper Arm Assembly (the "Material") F.O.B. SEPTA, as outlined in the Contract Documents and Specifications. Bids must be submitted through SEPTA’s Electronic Procurement System (ePS) by the specified deadline. No mailed or hand-delivered bids will be accepted. Inquiries or requests for clarification about any aspect of the Contract Documents must be made in writing at least eight calendar days prior to bid opening. All addenda or changes to the Contract Documents will be issued in writing via ePS. Each bid submitted must remain firm for at least ninety (90) days from the date of Bid Opening. SEPTA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
