You are invited to submit a bid for the acquisition of Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, transceiver modules, and related FortiConverter services required to support the network security infrastructure. Required products are: - (2) FortiGate 1001F Firewall (HW PLUS 1YR FC Prem FortiGuard Unified Threat) - (2) FortiGate 401F (HW PLUS 1YR FC Premium FG Unified Threat Protection) - (16) 10 GE SFP+ Transceiver Module (Short Range) - (1) 1YR FortiGate-1001F FortiConverter Service (one time) - (1) 1YR FortiGate-401F FortiConverter Service (one time) No substitutions permitted. Material must be original Fortinet parts. The vendor must be a Fortinet/FortiGate Authorized Partner as of the bid submission date and must source all products directly from Fortinet/FortiGate or through authorized US distribution channels. The college must be the original licensee and customer for all products procured through the authorized channel. Bids must be submitted via Pennbid. Bids shall be prepared using the provided Bid Form and acknowledge all instructions, terms, conditions, and specifications, stating that all these documents are part of the bid. Incomplete, conditional, or irregular bids may be rejected. Bids not accompanied by a 10% bid bond or certified check will not be considered. Bidders with over 100 employees must provide their two most recent annual Federal EEO-1 forms. Bidders must submit an executed and notarized Non-Collusion Affidavit and other required forms as detailed in the bid package. Bids must remain effective for 90 days after opening. All quotes are to be F.O.B. Destination. The college reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part of any bid, and to waive any informalities as deemed in its interest.
