Community College of Philadelphia is seeking proposals from qualified audiovisual integrators to provide a turnkey solution for the design, delivery, and installation of a new LED Digital Video Wall System. The project requires providing all LED display equipment, mounting systems, associated AV hardware, calibration services, documentation, training, and any optional services needed to ensure a fully operational digital media wall. Solutions may be proposed for either or both of the following configurations: Option A, a 16x9 LED display of approximately 12' x 7'; or Option B, a 1:1 LED display of approximately 12' x 12'. Both options require LED panels with a pixel pitch of 1.5mm, Chip COB LED type (preference for SMD), ~800 nit brightness, high refresh rate, 10%-15% spares, and control unit features. Additional requirements include LED display control processor, AV switch for up to 8 HDMI inputs, lockable networking rack, HDMI input plates, and various support, cabling, electrical, audio, wall modifications, network drops, and digital signage hardware/software. Vendors must support panel color calibration and provide power and load information. The awarded vendor must be an authorized dealer/installer for the proposed LED system and have proven experience with similar large-format installs in higher-education or comparable environments. Proposals must outline company experience, project team, technical approach, commitment to diversity and inclusion, financial soundness, schedule, and address all required forms and affidavits. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical merit, cost, qualifications, implementation, and overall value to the College. Submission, withdrawal, contract, insurance, warranty, and legal requirements are specified. Payment will be on a not-to-exceed or firm fixed fee basis, and responses must follow the required online submission process. This project requires the furnishing of all LED display equipment, mounting systems, associated AV hardware, calibration services, documentation, training, and any optional services needed to ensure a fully operational digital media wall. Vendors may propose solutions for one or both display configurations identified in this RFP. The College seeks professional integrators with proven experience installing large-format LED displays in higher-education or comparable environments. The awarded Vendor must be an authorized dealer/installer for the proposed LED system. The College intends to award this contract on the basis of the criteria outlined herein, including technical merit, cost, vendor qualifications, implementation approach, and overall value to the College.
