The project includes an option for dredging in the Fairless Turning Basin to a depth of 41' MLLW plus 1' allowable overdepth, with placement of dredged material into the Money Island Dredged Material Placement Facility in Falls Township, Pennsylvania. Only bucket dredging is permitted, and all dredging operations must be completed by 15 March 2027 in compliance with environmental restrictions. The period of performance is 240 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, excluding the restricted dredging period. Location: Delaware River, from Philadelphia, PA to Trenton, NJ, with material placement at Biles Island DMPF (100 Bordentown Rd, Fairless Hills, PA 19030) and Money Island DMPF (1000 River Rd, Morrisville, PA 19067).
