Remodeling of an educational facility in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Kalamazoo Public Schools will accept bids for the Phoenix High School flooring project. A virtual pre-bid meeting is scheduled, and all proposals must include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship or lack thereof between the Owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education of the Kalamazoo Public School District or the Superintendent. The District will not accept bids that do not include this disclosure statement. Sealed bids will be received until the specified deadline at the Office of Facilities Management, where they will be opened publicly and read aloud. Late bids will not be accepted. For further information and bidding documents, bidders are instructed to contact Skillman Corporation. Kalamazoo Public Schools is an AA/EOE employer.
