The owner has determined a Qualified List Design/Build Companies The Design Professional and required consultants shall be licensed to practice in the State of Idaho for their specific discipline. Question Deadline 12/09/2025 The Idaho Department of Lands, Mica Supervisory Area's regional facility, located in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, has been experiencing multiple failures with the mechanical systems in their administrative office. The administrative office (approximately 26,540 s.f.) is comprised of two wings that are connected by a central corridor. The original wing was built in 1998 (approximately 13,726 s.f.) with a VAV mechanical system, and the addition wing was built in 2019 (approximately 12,814 s.f.) with a VRF mechanical system. Both systems have had ongoing issues. The scope of this project will include investigations of the existing systems, and design and construction for either repairing or replacing the mechanical systems to provide fully functional systems to the office.
