Construction of a single-story masonry building (480 S.F.) at Leetonia Wurster Memorial Park. The work includes, but is not limited to, site work, general construction, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work, all under one contract. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates. Each proposal must be sealed and endorsed for the Leetonia Wurster Memorial Park Restroom and submitted to the stated address prior to the specified opening time. Bidders may be required to provide references and detailed information to judge responsibility, experience, skill, and financial standing, with contractors inexperienced in this type of work being disqualified. Each bidder must furnish a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond as specified by the Ohio Revised Code and submit evidence of experience on similar projects. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, increase or omit any items, waive informalities or irregularities, and award to the lowest and/or best bidder.
