Renovation of an educational facility in East Moline, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

SCOPE: Furnish specified product, all labor, materials, and freight costs, to complete removal of existing Hobart dish machine, and installation of new HobartCL86-ADV+Buildup dish machine. Must include any costs of removal, disposal, receiving, storage, protection, delivery, and installation of equipment. Authorized Hobart service providers are required. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and appliances required for complete kitchen equipment work as indicated and as specified herein. Include all receiving, storage, protection, delivery and installation of equipment. Equipment shall be set in place with threaded outlets, type of connections as standardized by food equipment manufacturers, or as specified herein ready for final connection. Where specified, remove, refurbish, modify (where necessary), clean and relocate all existing equipment to new or existing position as indicated on plans. Existingequipment to be reused shall be tagged. All kitchen contractor work shall be performed by authorized service agency/installers. 1.02 RELATED WORK BY OWNER: All jobsite preparation including but not limited to: A) Bringing 480v/60/3-ph electric, per attached specification sheet, to within 5' of the new dish machine for final connections by authorized installer. B) Providing water line and floor drain for final connections by authorized installer.RELATED WORK BY KITCHEN CONTRACTOR: A) Place a competent, experienced supervisor in charge to coordinate and expedite work. B) Furnish the items in the itemized specifications, including delivery, unloading, assembly, set-in-place, level, trim and make ready for final mechanical and electrical connections and all pluming and exhaust ductwork connections. C) Furnish complete start-up and testing of the equipment and make all necessary adjustments required prior to use demonstration. D) Remove all labels and protective panel coverings from equipment. E) Remove all debris and haul away. Bidder must submit to owner not less than ten (10) working days prior to bid opening, in writing, a request for approval of any equipment they contemplate furnishing as an alternate.
