Site work and paving for a road / highway in Clarks Green, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.
Clarks Green Borough Roadway Infrastructure Enhancement Project: Base Bid; Mill & Overlay (6,830 SY) including base repair and leveling course, installation of 871 LF of 12 SLHDPE, 1,111 LF of 15 SLHDPE, 60 LF of 18 SLHDPE, 8 Stormwater Inlets, 2 Stormwater Manholes, 1 Sanitary Sewer Manhole and the installation of Four (4) ADA ramps. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Clarks Green Borough. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Only Bidders receiving a full set of Documents through Colwell-Naegele Associates, Inc. will be on record to receive Addenda. Copies of the Contract Documents may only be obtained at the offices of Colwell-Naegele, Associates. Digital copies of the bidding documents will be available on a USB Flash Drive upon payment of a non-refundable fee. Paper copies will be available upon request and upon payment of a non-refundable fee, which will also include a digital copy on a USB Flash Drive.
