Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in North Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage; for paving for a parking garage; and 3,000-square-foot, one-story above grade transportation facility.
This project consists of constructing a covered 236,000 sq ft consolidated rental car facility (ConRAC) with approximately 740 covered rental car ready/return staging and storage spaces on the first floor and approximately 800 uncovered storage spaces on the second floor. The construction will include the main parking facility, associated roadways, drainage systems, signage, and all necessary utilities. It also includes the construction of a 3,000 sq. ft. building in the same general location that will house the main electrical switchgear for the terminal. C&S Companies is soliciting subcontractor and vendor participation from all NYS Certified MBE, WBE, and SDVOB firms for the Syracuse Airport Consolidated Rental Car Facility Project. Plans and specifications can be made available electronically by request. MBE participation goal: 17.37%. WBE participation goal: 13.24%. SDVOB participation goal: 6%.
