Tioga County Court Annex And Courthouse Roof Replacements And Exterior Rehabilitation The project involves roof replacements and exterior rehabilitation for the Court Annex and Courthouse located at 16 & 20 Court St., Owego, NY 13827. The work includes providing a new roof for both buildings as part of a locally funded project. Bidders must examine the contract documents, including Bonds, Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Bid Agreement, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and Information to Bidders, which are available at the Tioga County Department of Public Works. Only those who have purchased contract documents will receive amendments. There is a mandatory pre-bid walk-through at the Court Annex. Bids must be submitted in writing on the provided forms and include a bid guaranty of at least five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder must furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds and provide insurance as specified. All bids must include a Non-Collusion Statement for consideration. This is a locally funded project that includes replacement ofmultiple roofs and exterior rehabilitation work at the Court Annex building located at 16 Court St., Owego, NY 13827 and RoofReplacement and Exterior Rehabilitation work at the County Courthouse located at 20 Court St., Owego, NY 13827.
