Demolition and site work for a multi-residential development in Richland Center, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 708-square-foot, one-story above grade multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
The City of Richland Center is inviting bids from qualified contractors for the complete razing of a residential structure and site restoration at 695 N. Chestnut Street, Richland Center, WI 53581. The contractor must furnish all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the complete razing (including basement and foundation), removal and legal disposal of all debris, hazardous material abatement (if necessary), and site restoration (backfilling, grading, seeding, and utility capping). Bidders are strongly encouraged to examine the project site and all documents before submitting a bid. Submission of a bid acknowledges familiarity with all conditions and applicable laws. Questions regarding the Project must be submitted in writing to the City Administrator no later than November 26, 2025 as per ITB
