Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Elkhart, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Cleveland Township Fire Department is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the design and construction of two (2) training towers. The purpose of this project is to provide a modern, safe, and functional training environment for fire personnel. The facility will include clean structure, and 1 structure suited for live burn training. Scope of Work The work shall include, but is not limited to: o Construction of multi-story fire training tower(s) o Construction of live-bum and smoke simulation areas o Installation of training props and safety systems Compliance with all applicable fire, safety, and building codes Evaluation and Award Bids will be evaluated based on price, qualifications, experience, compliance with specifications, and other factors outlined in the ITB. The Cleveland Township Fire Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and award the contract in the best interest of the organization.
