The scope of work involves demolition and rebuilding services for an office location. It includes complete demolition of all existing wall material such as sheetrock/drywall and insulation while maintaining the existing structural integrity, removal of all existing VCT/LVT flooring and any adhesive residue, removal of ceiling tiles, lighting, and other fixtures including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC elements while maintaining structural integrity, complete demolition of the existing Mechanical room including all systems and components, removal and proper disposal of demolished materials, and thorough cleaning of the structure if applicable. Reconstruction tasks include installation of new wall materials with complete taping, spackling, and sanding for a smooth, paintable surface, application of paint, installation of commercial grade LVT flooring with all necessary elements, new ceiling tiles and light fixtures, two new 7.5-ton HVAC units with required concrete pads, rebuilding of the Mechanical room including all necessary equipment, and complete installation of all relevant electrical and plumbing needed to finish the renovations.
