Site work for a water / sewer project in Alexandria, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Cameron Run Sediment Removal. Bidders are required to provide a Bid Bond for the solicitation. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required for the resulting contract. The Contractor must achieve Substantial Completion within 150 Calendar Days after receiving the Notice-to-Proceed. installations or structures. 5. Where utility installations or structures owned or controlled by the Owner (City of Alexandria) or other governmental body are encountered during the course of the work, and are not indicated on the Plans or in the Specifications, and when, in the opinion of the COTR, removal, relocation, replacement or rebuilding is necessary to complete the work under this Contract, such work shall be accomplished by the utility having jurisdiction, or such work may be approved, in writing by the City’s technical representative Engineer, for the Contractor to accomplish. If such work is accomplished by the utility having jurisdiction it will be carried out
