Renovation of an educational facility in Helena, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the Warren Elementary School 2026 Partial Roof Replacement Project in Helena, Montana. The project is for a single contract and bidding is to be done on forms provided with the project manual. Project manuals and contract drawings are available at Cushing Terrell in Billings, Montana, or at the pre-bid walkthrough for a deposit, which is fully refundable upon return in reusable condition. Electronic and hard copy versions of the project documentation are available. A pre-bid conference will be held at the project site and attendance by contractors is strongly suggested. All contractors must comply with fair labor practices and meet the requirements of the State of Montana prevailing wage rates. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after receipt. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
