Site work for an industrial development in Helena, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a industrial development.
The project involves the crushing of gravel to meet Lewis and Clark County Public Works Manual Specifications for Crushed Aggregate Surfacing and processing an existing stockpile of millings, estimated at 14,500 cubic yards, to a 1.25" minus condition. Work will take place at the Lewis and Clark County Applegate Pit and the material is to be stockpiled on site in cone piles. All work must comply with applicable specifications and requirements. Bidders are required to: - Provide a bid bond or other form of security as specified in Montana Code Annotated 18-1-203, in an amount of no less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid. - Furnish approved performance and labor and materials payment bonds each totaling one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. - Obtain all necessary insurances, permits, and licenses and provide certificates of such. - Be registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry. - Pay workers wages as required by current Montana Prevailing Wage Rates. - Ensure non-discrimination in employment based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. - Adhere to all terms and conditions listed in the solicitation.
