Lewis and Clark County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms for professional services needed to develop a Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Stormwater Management Plan and program components to meet the requirements of the Montana Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit. The sealed Statement of Qualifications must be labeled accordingly and delivered to the Lewis and Clark County Commissioner’s Office. Late submissions are not accepted. The County reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, waive informalities, postpone the solicitation, and accept the submission that is in the County’s best interest. Respondents must adhere to the terms and conditions listed and are responsible for their own preparation costs. All communication regarding the solicitation must be directed only to the designated point of contact and complying with the cone of silence.
