Asphalt and concrete paving repairs, underground drainage repairs, and related services at Spain Elementary-Middle School. Operations and Demographics Detroit Public Schools Community District (DPSCD) provides a standard, traditional curriculum to a student body of approximately 50,000 students ranging from pre-kindergarten through the 12 th grade. DPSCD also provides adult education at a variety of facilities during non-school hours. In addition to the standard curriculum, DPSCD offers a variety of specialized technical training programs for the higher-grade levels. The District encompasses an area of approximately 139 square miles. DPSCD operates 100 schools, including elementary (K-5), combination (K-8), middle schools, high schools and technical center schools. This project involves the repair of the Spain Elementary-Middle School asphalt and concrete parking lot located at 3700 Beaubien Street, Detroit, Michigan. Existing paving is to be removed and re-paved in the damaged paving area, north of the school building. This project involves the repair and replacement of the Spain Elementary-Middle School asphalt and concrete parking lot and related underground draining located at Spain Elementary-Middle School (3700 Beaubien Street, Detroit, Michigan). Existing paving is to be removed and re-paved in the damaged paving area. In addition to the defined scope of work at Spain Elementary-Middle School, the supplier shall also provide related asphalt and concrete paving repairs, underground drainage repairs and related services for the District as needed. The District reserves the right to add to this contract as needed for additional repair projects.
