Installation of temporary supports under two beams at the north abutment of the bridge carrying Grand River Avenue (M-5) over I-96 in the City of Detroit, Wayne County. The temporary supports will be left in place. Bidders must read all materials, follow proposal instructions, and provide complete responses to required items. Proposals may be posted publicly after the award recommendation. Include the bidders company name in all proposal headers. Bidders must complete and submit the Vendor Questions Worksheet, Schedule A (Statement of Work), and Schedule B (Pricing) by the proposal deadline. Contractors must post prevailing wage rates at the worksite. By submitting a proposal, bidders accept the contract terms unless proposed changes are submitted in visible edits with explanation. The contract is awarded to the lowest-priced, responsive, and responsible bidder receiving a PASS on all criteria.
