Renovation of a mixed-use development in Minot, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,750-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
The Project estimate is $2.3 million. The Project includes the renovation of approximately 9,750 square feet of existing interior space at the Student Center of Minot State University. The spaces being renovated include an event space, coffee lounge, office spaces, and student government space, as well as updating of the west entrance. Each bid must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing the Bidder's Contractor's license and bid security. The Bidder must be licensed for the full amount of the bid. Bid security in the form of a bidder's bond shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to the Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
