Project will consist of TRAFFIC CONTROL, DEEP PATCHING, OGI LEVELING, 9.5 MM RESURFACING, 12.5 MM RESURFACING, FULL DEPTH RECLAMATION, REBUILD SHOULDERS AND REGRASSING, AND RESTRIPING ON 2 COUNTY ROADS Mrs. Amy Forrester, Oglethorpe County Clerk will be Oglethorpe County's contact person for acquiring bid packages. Blank bid forms may be picked up at the Oglethorpe County Commissioners Office at 105 Union Point Road, Lexington, Georgia. Contract Time: All work is to be accomplished within 9 months of the Project Notice-To-Proceed-Date to be issued by Oglethorpe County. Payment: Contractor to submit monthly pay request to Oglethorpe County and Oglethorpe County agrees to review and process pay requests within 30 days from receipt. A total of ten percent (10%) of progress payments, if applicable, will be retained until final acceptance by Oglethorpe County has occurred. Successful bidder will strictly adhere to all Current Georgia DOT Regulations, Current Standards and Specifications, all Current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices guidelines, and all requirements included in the Project Agreement between Oglethorpe County and the successful bidder.
